1. The camera cannot be turned on after receiving the product?
Due to the long time spent in storage and transportation of the camera in the warehouse, the original small amount of power in the battery was consumed, causing the camera to run out of power. A USB charging cable is included in the package. You can charge the camera for more than 10 hours and try to turn it on again.
2. It is not clear whether the battery is fully charged and how much power is left during use?
You can view the device information in the settings of the APP, which contains Battrey level. With this function, you can know the power of the camera at any time, and you can charge the camera in time.
3. Can't connect to WiFi? After the connection is successful, it disconnects or freezes during use?
Please check the router you are using. If it is Amazon or Google router due to dual frequency, it may affect our product connection. Our products only support 2.5GWiFi temporarily. 5GWiFi is not supported. So it will slow down the connection speed of our products. You may be able to restart the router. In addition, the bird feeder needs to be used on a network with good WiFi coverage. Under normal circumstances, the effective distance of smart bird feeder from the router is 10m. If the WiFi coverage signal is weak, you can add a repeater to enhance the network signal.

5. The camera does not have a memory card?
Our products do not contain memory cards. Buyers need to buy by themselves according to their needs.
