How high of a ceiling is necessary for bungee fitness? Is it adjustable for a 10 foot ceiling?
The minimum ceiling height recommended for bungee fitness is 8 feet. The ideal ceiling height is 10-12 feet tall. Our bungee fitness set fit for 8ft-14.5ft ceilings. You can adjust the height by using our sling as well as daisy chains.
How long are the bungee cords before being used and how much do they stretch to?
The length of our bungee resistance cord before being used is 43.3". The length of the stretch changes depending on your weight and the movement. You just need to choose the right size for yourself according to your weight
